Changes and cancellations must be made at least two days prior to the date of stay.

To prevent errors, applications submitted after the deadline will be processed on the same day regardless of the circumstances.

Depending on the crowd situation, you may have to wait when picking up your equipment on the day of the event.

Payment is only accepted as a room charge upon checkout (cash, various credit cards, and PayPay are accepted).
Please fill in the required information and submit your application via email.
We would appreciate your cooperation in converting and sending the documents as PDFs whenever possible.

Tickets for destinations other than Yuzawa Kogen may be discontinued depending on availability.

We are unable to arrange reservations through our hotel for the three nearby restaurants.
There is a ski school located within the Yuzawa Kogen Ski Resort.
Even first-timers and families with children can enjoy skiing and snowboarding with peace of mind.
