Yuzawa Kogen Ropeway
With a total length of 1300m and a capacity of 166 people, it is one of the world's largest, and in front of the mountaintop panoramic station you can enjoy a cafe above the clouds with a magnificent view of the Yuzawa mountain range and a cluster of kochia plants.

Mikuni Kaido Road, Shiozawa-juku, Makino-dori Street
Shiozawa-juku flourished as a post town on the Mikuni Kaido road connecting Edo (Tokyo) and Echigo (Echigo Province), and developed as a production center for traditional textiles such as Echigo Jofu and Shiozawa Tsumugi. The current Makino-dori street recreates the townscape of the time with its covered walkways, allowing visitors to experience the atmosphere of that era.
