You are welcome to bring your own drinks, but they cannot be brought into the dining or banquet halls.

We use Shiozawa Koshihikari rice from Minamiuonuma.

This rice from Shiozawa is said to be the most delicious among the famous Koshihikari rice varieties from Minamiuonuma.

We have received the highest "Special A" rating (Japan Grain Association) in the rice taste ranking for 21 consecutive years.

One of the largest open-air rock baths in Joetsu.
These aren't just any ordinary rocks lying around.
The open-air bath on the men's side uses a large rock from Mt. Ukai, the Ichinomiya (first shrine) of Dewa Province.
The women's open-air bath uses a large rock from Mount Hakkai, a famous Japanese mountain with deep religious significance.
It's a very precious rock.
The open-air bath is surrounded by rocks.
It offers the delightful experience of bathing in a mountain hot spring.
The spacious, open-top bathing area allows you to enjoy a sky full of stars at night.
You can enjoy an open-air bath while watching the snow fall.

The price is 1,650 yen per adult and 770 yen per child (tax included).
You can use the bath with a face towel provided.
Bath towels are available for a fee (220 yen including tax).
It is available from 15:00 to 21:00.

The hot springs at Yuzawa Toei Hotel use a "recirculating" system.
Because the men's, women's, and open-air baths are all large, we use a circulation system in conjunction with the baths to maintain cleanliness and a comfortable temperature.

The hot spring management at Yuzawa Toei Hotel is as follows:

• [Water added] Water is added because the source water temperature is high.
• [Heating] The water is heated to maintain a suitable temperature for bathing.
• [Circulation System] A circulation and filtration system is used to protect the hot spring resources and ensure hygiene.
• [Hygiene Management] We use chemicals for hygiene management.

The large public bath is equipped with a hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, body soap, cotton swabs, and body tonic (men's bath only).
Bath towels and other amenities are provided in your room.

We do not have family baths or private baths available for rent.
Each guest room has a separate bathroom (with shower).
Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided in the bathroom.

The open-air parking lot is very spacious, so it can accommodate hundreds of motorcycles.
The covered approach can accommodate parking for up to 6 cars.
Please note that there is a limited number of spaces available for the approach, so advance reservations are required.

There is a disabled parking space (Parking Lot 2) near the hotel elevator.
We can provide rooms that are wheelchair accessible or have easy access within the building, as well as non-smoking rooms.
If you have any concerns or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We offer a free shuttle service between JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station and Yuzawa Toei Hotel.
Pick-up/drop-off service available from 9:00 to 18:00.

• When you arrive at the station, please call the hotel.
• Exit the ticket gate and go to the left → go up the stairs and go to the left → board the medium-sized bus at the designated waiting area for the inn shown in the image.
• Due to the limited space in the station rotary, we are unable to accommodate long-term parking arrangements and therefore do not offer pre-arranged meetups. Thank you for your understanding.

It is 730m from JR Echigo-Yuzawa Station to Yuzawa Toei Hotel.
It's about a 7-10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive.

You can freely use the parking lot from 8:00 AM on the day of your stay.
You can use the parking lot until 4 PM even after checking out.
Please inform the front desk if you wish to use the parking lot.
The parking lot at Yuzawa Toei Hotel is very large,
During the winter months, the number of available parking spaces is limited due to snowfall.
We have parking attendants on duty during the ski season,
Staff may not be available outside of the hotel's operating hours.
In that case, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please inform the front desk.

Yuzawa Toei Hotel is an affiliate of Toei Company, Ltd.
The hotel is operated by Toei Hotel Chain Co., Ltd.
There are three Toei Hotels in Japan: Niigata Toei Hotel, Yuzawa Toei Hotel, and Fukuoka Toei Hotel.

In the winter ski room, there are two types of lockers available.

• [Free lockers]
  (For overnight stays only; available from 10:00 AM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of check-out)
  These lockers are for storing skis (or snowboards) and boots, so they can't accommodate very large items.
• [Paid lockers]
  For luggage that does not fit in the room or for use outside of check-in hours, please use the paid lockers.
  There are three sizes available. The price ranges from 400 yen to 800 yen depending on the size.

In conjunction with the opening of the adjacent Yuzawa Kogen Ski Resort and Nunoba Family Slope, we plan to begin lunch service at our hotel restaurant.
