"Yuki no Hatake" (Snow Field), which started on the rooftop of our hotel, began with small planters and has now expanded to a local farm where hotel staff work together to grow seasonal vegetables.
Arakawa Farm
In Shiozawa, Minamiuonuma City, blessed with snowmelt water from Mt. Makihata, one of Japan's 100 Famous Mountains, and a significant temperature difference between day and night, we carefully cultivate seasonal vegetables.
